The site seems to be improving. The last time we reviewed them they had no privacy policy and the live chat service was unresponsive. There is now a privacy policy.
In addition, this time when we tried the chat service someone responded almost immediately. This company told us their call center was based in Central Canada but could not share anything else with us unless we were a customer. They were very polite but we couldn't get much more information from them.
Their pricing is higher than average and they are not state-licensed. Appear to be Canada based. Since 2006.
