  • The card provides a lower monthly fee with a fairly low monthly deposit requirement of $500.
  • Reloads can be done at locations such as 7-Eleven or Albertsons in the NetSpend Reload Network. Cash reload fees depend on the location and vary from $2 up to $3.95.
  • ATM withdrawals are $2.50 plus surcharge fees (charge from the machine's owner) but if you withdraw from one of 50,000 All Point machine there is no surcharge. All Point ATM's can be found at 7-Eleven, CVS, Kroger, Target, Costco and Walgreens.
  • For qualified users the Control Card also provides a free $10 purchase cushion that lets your overspeand your card, if you spend beyond the $10 there is a $15 fee for each occurence so this can get very expensive and is not recommended but the $10 purchase cushion is free.
  • Live customer service is free with Direct Deposit. Online account access is also free.
