  • Rushcard's monthly fees are average for the industry but have higher activation fees than most cards. The cards are notable because of their unique designs and that they are offered by Russell Simmons' company. Rushcards were some of the first prepaid cards in the market.
  • They have some of the highest ATM withdrawal limits.
  • Cash reloads can be done at locations such as Walmart, 7-Eleven, Albertsons, CVS, Safeway, Kroger and Walgreens that offer MoneyGram, MoneyPak, and Western Union. Fees range from $3.95 to $4.95.
  • The Rushcard Goal Reward will reimburse fees up to $2 in any month that the card maintains an average balance of $500 or more.
